Small update with another step in Jonah's journey...

Y'know, I'm guessing that Jonah will eventually find Baleia, but it would give the map an interesting twist if it turns out that, after all thatbwork, Jonah still can't find it.

I'm curious: can you explain how you do the pictures for each point on the journey? I really like the image for Sarkelane, and want to know how it was done. Do you draw them straight on the map, or do them in a different file first, or something? Also, are all of your maps done with a tablet, or do you do hand-drawing on paper as well?

Please share some of your tasty brain-goodness with us (before Diamond gets to it ).

That could have been an option. But I really wanted that Jonah find Baleia. Like this he's be able to draw the Whale and the city on his journey's map

Sure, here we go. Landmarks are directly drawn on the map with a tablet, see the attachment below for the quick usual process. No need to really go on details here since it's some small landmarks

As for my maps, they're mostly done with a tablet, though I'm sometimes hand-drawing stuff on paper for my own pleasure Some of my early maps here, like Sevindel or Serdune for instance, were first hand-drawn on paper then scanned and imported in PS for the coloring work.
