    Looking very nice! My only comments are that the trees look a little flat, maybe an internal shadow on one side to give them some volume? What are the yellow things?

    Ya... I'll try that for the trees...

    lol.. those are supposed to be straw pallets or mats... but they just look like big toes with painted nails, eh? .... maybe twinkies... lol

    Messed with the trees again .. still doesn't look right to me..
    Ditched the twinkie beds and made new cots... at least they don't look like giant yellow toes anymore ...

    Was able to add debris back to the light house floor with out significant compression issues so far...

    Not sure if you're using a vector or raster programme, but one method to try to get the depth in the trees is to just do a diagonal or radial gradient fill from a darker colour to your existing tree colour either to transparency (and place on top of your existing shape) or to the original colour, in which case you can just use your existing shape.
