That's cool Rob!! a couple quick calculations puts the rotation at over 1260 revolutions per hour which translates to 30 million Miles Per Hour, YIKES!

Boy, what have I returned to
Does anyone want to throw a project at me? Who should I talk to? I'd really love to dive into all this
I also saw somewhere (these threads are massive) that the moon may come into play in the future. Would this be assuming that there's somehow some form of access to it...or are we still very early in the story stages?
Pretty sure there are still some unclaimed land masses. J.Edward's the man in charge of the map, so I'm sure he'll sort you out once he's online.
Not sure about the moon stuff, though I think if you want to have an advanced race of space travellers... why not?!
Also, cheese is a big deal in this universe. Remember that!

Hey Corilliant - yes, we have 6 countries left so, eventhough the official cut-off date has passed, we can do it since we didn't use all the countries by that date.
The cut-off was mainly to end the creating of new land masses.
Your country is #52. I'll get you added to the list and post your country here in a few minutes. That stuff will be on page 1 of this thread.
There's a scale on page 1 as well.
Edit - I just posted it.

RedRobes just linked this if that's what you mean: http://www.cartographersguild.com/le...ype=GuildWorld
No, I mean an actual interactive map on a webpage, with clickable countries and icons. It'd be a whole lot more work, but I think it'd provide another way of compiling all the maps into one, whilst retaining definition.
Say that you wanted to visit a city in J. Edward's country. You'd load up the map of the world, and then click on his country. The map of the world would fade out , and his map would appear. You could then click the city you wanted to look at, and then the map of that city would load. Meanwhile, throughout all this, there could be a sidebar with any information, stories or timelines that the cartographer wanted to add.
It's a far-fetched idea, but it could be fun for someone who wanted to do a bit of programming.
Good catch, I wasn't actually considering the size of our guildworld.BY Bogie
