Thanks a lot Straf, both for the kind comments and little bump up

Thanks Jeff ! The map is for a book but there might be a game project further down the line. I'll keep you posted here.

Lovely work! Really like the those mountans. Beautifully shaded. Nice work (seems I can't rep you ATM).

Great looking map, I love those "seas" of forests between the mountains, it looks really good. Better send some rep in your direction

It's beautiful, Tom! I actually like the washed out colors, gives it an 'old world' feel to it. I especially like the way you did your lakes and rivers. Just Stunning!

Thanks a lot arsheesh ! These mountains are always a handful to shade but it's worth the time spend on it.

Thanks a lot tilt The carpet effect I was after for the forest worked pretty well indeed, I guess me erasing the forest limit at the feet of the mountains helped get this feeling.

Thanks a lot Storm ! I wanted the waterways and lakes to be the only vivid parts of the map because that's how it is in the land

It's for a book that will soon be published.

However, myself and one very talented developer are working behind the scenes on turning this into a PC MMO eventually. We are in the early stages, still making models and basic mechanics but, if the book does well, we are going to use that money to help grab some contractors and push it through its early development stages

I'm dredging this post from the deep to announce, the book is live!!

    http://a.co/7adLDaf

Apologies ahead of time to you Thomas. For some odd reason, your map and Daniel's ship blueprint didn't get copied over to the book so, I submitted the fix. It should go live within 24 hours and update the books of anyone who already bought it.

For you guild members that are also readers, please consider buying the book. Your funds go toward keeping from living in a box!

Huh? I thought I had already commented on this?! Sorry, cannot rep you at the moment, Thomas.
