It's the hall, the seat of the local lord. The pub is on the main road next to the bridge. Actually there are two, one either side. Being a village location both pubs probably feature among their clientele men taking other men's wives for a drink

A good lady like yourself would never consider entering such an establishment would you ChickPea? Unless it was to perhaps remove a particular individual from his office.
ChickPea would make a brilliant assassin character name I think. Cicero (olden days language for chick pea) was a great orator and his secretary laid down the foundations for modern day shorthand. Today I imagine a stealth that nobody could imagine, a person so adept at mingling within the shadows even the shadows feel out of place. If you recognise the ChickPea then you're a target and already dead.

It needed a bit more grass. I've also been working on the buildings.
I've forgotten what I did to colour the trees a few updates ago.
