But it looks really nice. My problem is I always add so much little lines to my mountains, and then I see this, or Max for example where with just two or three lines it looks so natural, argh, hope to be like that one day. Congrats on making a second version btw. Great level of effort!

Yes.... that certainly is a lot of mountains..

Not something that's very noticeable or that really matters, but why are some mountains blurrier than others?

Well, your other one was great, looking forward to see how this one goes.

Yeah, I'm not sure why some are blurry and some aren't. They're brushes that I made, and are half size, so for example if one brush was normally 231 pixels, I knocked it down to 115 pixels. I'm thinking it's some rastering artifact that wouldn't happen if I was using a vector program.

But after placing all these mountains, now I don't like their look - too pointy. I'm going to go for some rounder, lower, more subtle ones.

I actually had a bit of the same problem with mine (because I made my own brushes for mountains too). Some of mine looks a little blurrier or crisper than others because it was a bit of a whoopsy on my part by putting all of the sizes down to 60 even though some were bigger than others. I really should have just made them all half the size, there would have been more size variations in the mountains than too, but oh well, you can't really notice it unless you're zoomed in 200% on mine.

Well, I decided to take this in a completely different direction. I'm trying out a bunch of stuff here, so the art direction is a bit scattered. And I freaking love that font - thanks, Goombac!

Very nice and promising, the first one was pretty good, but this one has a particular touch which remember me one of your previous map. Perhaps the same background .

I really like the direction of this one so far.
Loads of atmosphere. Incredibly aged antique look.

Cool, this is something completely different! I just dont think the map title in the upper left corner goes well with the map style.
