Beautiful as always John. I love watching how precise your buildings turn out to be, yet still have a wonderful charm to them. But what REALLY impresses me is the way you color... and you do it so fast!

On a different topic... I noted I have the Guildworld Country n°14 and the District n°5 ; and it appears you have the country n°5 and the district n°14... Coincidence ?
Haha, it doesn't feel so fast to me [he says as he stares at tiny little roofs].
That is no coincidence... or.. is it..?..?..?

It doesn't always feel fast.. actually. But, I guess it could be.It's definitely faster than it used to be.

Okay... bit of an update..some more buildings, some more gables, some more dormers....
    It's getting more busy....

So, after seeing the awesomeness that Kacey is making next door, I felt I needed to step up a bit.
And I thought it might add some consistency if there were some domes, though my domes are not as cool and are not in the same style.
Still, I am really enjoying the city so far. I am going to have to go back and add some details to some of the previous buildings.

Here ya go.. a bit for your afternoon/evening....

Kacey's drawings are gorgeous in a Kacey way, while your drawings are gorgeous in a John way, and the contrast is both beautiful and fascinating

And anyway - who would want a city that looked the same all the way across from side to side and up and down its length.

I love both your maps - I love all the maps

I'm not gonna share my progress anymore if it's going to make you do this

It's already intimidating enough to work beside you...

Looks great so far, I can't wait to see this with colour, you're line work is truly awesome.

Ooh, very nice! I wouldn't mind having a little spot in there somewhere.

Your work is wonderful and stands on its own Kacey.

Haha, well, you're in luck... because I made a little studio/workshop for ya... actually, not so little.
I will label it later, but it's at the top end of the water mill building.

Excellent! Right on the water! I bet that's a pleasant view of the water wheels. Much inspiration for painting!

Your drawing is so simple and so expressive in the same time ! When I look at it, I always think : "Of course..."
