I think I will re-work the dark mountains in the upper west corner of the map...Noticed some small issues there.

Ah, now I can see some details. Looks good, wouldn't mind seeing an even bigger version in the future

Gandwarf has fallen into shadow...
I think I am almost there...Made a few modifications and tweaks, changed the colors on the mountains a little bit and instead of using just one solid color, when with a couple different ones for each area to add a little variation and depth.
Tweaked a few other geographical objects and uploaded a new pic at Deviant Art for you to take a look at.
I still need to tweak some of the trees in the upper left corner to match the level of fade on the others but my eyes are really tired right now...
As always, thanks again to all who take a look and comment!

Nicely done, and congratulations on finishing your map
Except for rivers not flowing to the ocean I'd say it looks pretty nice.

Thanks for the observation! I think all the rivers were fixed and should be ok and I uploaded the revised map. Secondary streams, creeks, etc will be added as I create larger detailed maps of the different kingdoms and such.

Rivers usually end up in the ocean, but there are a few ways a river can end inland. Normally a rivers continually pours water into a lake, which then in turn overflows out of the lake as a continuation of the river. If the water is NOT overflowing out of the lake as another river, that water still has to go somewhere.
The other ways that water can escape from a large body of water are by evaporating into the air, or seeping into the ground. The Caspian Sea is an example of such a body of water, as is the Great Salt Lake. These bodies of water (called Endorheic Basins) are usually found in hot, arid locations, because lots of rainfall would eventually carve drainage channels into the surrounding land.
As for ending in a swamp, it's unlikely that the rate of evaporation or seepage would be high enough to keep the water contained.
Sorry for the bad news, but I hope it helps
Edit: Here's a good link explaining endorheic basins: http://www.unep.or.jp/ietc/Publicati...voirs-2/10.asp
