I hope you don't mind me saying this, Milan, but... you're mad! And I mean that in a positive way. Whew! You have some skills dude! This is just crazy impressive. Can't wait to see your next update!

) thank you. i think it's more about patience and willingness to spent quite a lot of time doing these things

here is a little update from last night. i wanted to reuse those decorations i made before... not sure about the whole frame :/ but i like how kraken and the ship fit there now

Yep, teapotland is all sorts of amazing Love the pots on the columns at Teapotfalls, very imaginative. Not a fan of the purple-ish shading on the mountains, a tone with less blue in would work better IMO, but they are extremely well drawn

This thread is a gold nugget! The 3D stuff is amazing and yeah, very original teapot lands.

one more thing i tried today. using the previous style on Teapotland map. it's really nice, because it took me only an hour or so and it looks pretty decent

and now i need to take a little break for several weeks. mapmaking is quite addictive and i want to do some other things (btw, i bought Banner Saga game recently, there is a great world map with amazing description of all the places...)

The step by step is nice to see. And I quite like that illustrative style on the last one.
I'm definitely sold on that. I still like the original teapot style for teapotland though.
Thanks for showing all this Milan.
