Does anybody know how to create harnworld maps or Pete Fenlon merp maps with Photoshop?

As to Pete Fenlon, again their is a stylepack available for CC3 in the 2008 Annual for this style pack.

Check out the maps by landorl posted on this site. A good example is the Kingdom of Braegor. He uses a style similar to Pete Fenlon and may be able to provide valuable tips and insight.
