Default Halls of the Mountain King: Roots of Madness

This is the last of the three sets I created for Halls of the Mountain King for Open Design. This adventure involved dwarves being turned into cursed gold dragons, a rampant uprising by enslaved fire elementals and a lot of undead. All good fun!

The forges went out and tha the players have to find out why, fighting off or negotiating with all sorts of undead on the way:

The elementals are revolting - and there are some bad things going down in the ventshafts:

A detail of the ventshafts for the battlemap:

If I buy the adventure does it have these mapped untagged? Because those are simply amazing and it's almost exactly what I want for a future Eberron game I am running (the 2nd map makes an absolutely perfect Eldritch Machine!).

Edit: Bugger it doesn't look like I can get them (or at least I can't figure out which site allows you to get it)

I'm afraid that the project is a closed one and never went on public sale. I'm really glad you like them though! There's a lot of steampunk in the Open Design adventures set in Zobeck so I can see that would fit in quite closely with Eberron.

That's a bit of a shame because it looks like some truly classy work. I should get myself into something like this from the sound of things, because I've done a lot of monster and encounter design at all tiers in 4E now. Just a matter of getting the time!
