Guide to create realistic miniature houses (Photoshop)

I had posted this guide already during one of my regional area WIP project, but as it will get lost in that thread I tough I could put it in here as well. It describes the steps to create realistic looking houses.

The guide was done rather quickly and I apologize for possible typos etc. Anyway I hope this will come handy…

Do you think you could do a small update of the tutorial showing the process in Photoshop? I'm a super noob and while I love the result of this tutorial, it's hard for me to follow unfortunately.

I would do anything for an updated/redone version of this tutorial. One of the major things I want to get done but after about 20 attempts I just can't emulate this result. It's so tough.
