Framed version of a map I did
Last year, a fan of the book, Kings of the Wyld, loved the map I created for it, and ordered a couple copies of it. The thing is, he wanted them actually signed by me and the author. So first they had to be shipped to me, then the author, then to the fan in England.
The second print was actually as a gift to the author, Nicholas Eames.
Recently his family got the print framed for him. And really went to town doing so. It's nicely matted with a beautiful wood frame.
It's great when your work connects to the author and the fans. I've sold several prints of this map. So here's the picture of the framed map. And the link where I originally posted the map.

It looks great, Tim! I love the feel to look at a big printed map... it has nothing to do with a screen.
Thanks everyone. I've been contracted to do the next map for this series. Which I think is a city map. So that will be interesting.
I'm certainly going to try and expand on this style.
For those wondering, it was through society6 the print was done. And it came out great, on thick heavy paper.
Another good options is InPrint. Who I think offer archival paper options.
This is a lovely story to share, Tim. The end result looks stunning in that wide frame!
