lol, I still have the top bit to do. Actually, I had time today so I didn't wait for the individual map and just worked off the main one (I wish I was that fast!). Josiah, I'm doing this in Serif Drawplus.

Serif Drawplus is a vector / raster hybrid. For mapping I prefer it to PS it's much easier to use and for me, much faster. The bad news is that the current version is the last version they are making (Serif are going to no longer support the product) the good news (for PC users like me) is that they are going to roll out Serif Affinity Designer for the PC (currently only available for Mac). Affinity Designer is very similar to drawplus and has picked up a load of awards as a drawing programme.

Very nice (and fast!), I like how the trees are scattered a bit everywhere but still clearly shows where the densest forests are
Thanks Lingon! I've just discovered a new toy for making 3d iso maps (I've talked about it more in the software section). Take a look at what it can do! Can't use it for this map though as it needs to be an overhead view.
