Hey Guilders,
A couple of months ago, I was commissionned by Harper Collins Publishers to draw a map for Megan Whalen successfull serie "Queens Thief". Now that her next book is about to be released and they've already spread the map on the internet, I can show it So, the map is supposed to be a subjective vision of some people of the world (mainly from the regions of Attolia, Sounis and Eddis) hence it is heavily and artificially distorded to focus on those regions and also on the Mede territory, an ancestral ennemy if I understood good. The world depicted in Queen's thief is loosely based on a antique mediteranean culture.
Harper Collins also asked me to leave the title/text box empty so they'd deal with it on teir own.
Hope you'll like it, as usual feel free to rate, rep or run away

Harper Collins? Megan Whelan?
Wow Max!
And the map is gorgeous
I have only one critical thing to say, and that's about you working too fast for me to be able to rep you on all the rep-worthy stuff you do every time! LOL!

the way your borders go with the map is just perfect! Your colors are always perfect so this point was not a surprise, but that border and the ships are really cool

The land shapes are very intriguing and the overall layout of the map and colors are great. Will rep you when I can!
Very nice work, Max. This is one of your best maps in recent years, I think. The illustration on the left is excellent.
