Semi-Historic Map Based of 1400's Medieval Swabia/Germany

Hello!

I'm writing a book set in the Black Forest Region of Germany in 1404. The principality the characters live in is fictious and slight alternate history as it's more of an existential horror than historical fiction, however, I try to keep as many existing places as possible as part of the story. As such, I'm looking for someone to create a medieval-style map combining historic maps (provided) and fictional borders/places.

This will be published & used for commercial purposes.
