Post January 2018 Challenge: Ovurmun (WIP)

    Greetings,
This is my first Guild map post ever. I split it into two continents after looking at the similarity of the grouped names. Looking forward to more, but here's my first WIP.jan18WIP2.jpg

Welcome to the challenge and the guild, spackd. Looks like a nice start to your map: I like the continent shape.

Quick tip: remember to add ### Latest WIP ### above your attachment.

The northern land looks a bit digital just yet, but the southern one shows a lot of promises!

    Added sketch of major rivers...
Does this look realistic? Do the paths make sense based on the map? Suggests to me that the NW region migh be more "desert" like... What do you think?

That looks OK in my eye, but I'm not an expert in river placements. Will you underline the coasts, somehow? It's a bit too "computerized" imho, right now.

Yes. I am learning as I go. It will need some "beach." But your comment raises a question for me. "What is a good map?" ie. Is hand-drawn look better?
