It looks good. The water feels a bit weird though, it's as if the landmass floats above it.
Hi!
After my black & white Gimp map, this is my first attempt on Photoshop. I used several tutorials and altered them a bit for me. Heres what Ive got so far.
Feedback is welcome. Im especially not sure about the geographical correctness because there are many mountains, and how the lakes did come up.
Currently Im searching for a good tutorial on forest.
Thanks in advance

Thank you. I will look for solutions for that later.
I worked on the texture a bit and implemented an attempt of forests. Heres the result:

And labeled (not fully labeled, just some examples)...improvement suggestions welcome
You may want to desaturate some of the labels a bit -- the orange and red in particular are a little bit strong against the green background.

I always try to avoid using red and green (for text) together - the whole colorblind test thing. Other than that, it looks quite nice.

Hear hear on the red/green labels. I am colorblind and hate having to copy and paste something to a different background just to be able to read it. Map labels and legends with both color and excessively fancy font styles can cause me a lot of grief.

Ill rethink my labeling. Heres my further improvement on the style.
Currently working on the rivers, I hate them right now, need to find a good technique for that.
Here is my update. I deleted the biggest mountain because I thought it would be too much mountains. I also tried to make the rivers look more like the sea and the lakes, and added city points. I also changed the texture a bit again.
