I really like what you have so far, not much to critique yet but I look forward to seeing the progress on this!
Hello,
I am doing a redoing of the Map 8: Geoff to improve size and quality cause me and my RPG group are playing the 25th ed. of this campaign right now.
This is the first WIP of the project. The plan is draw the mountains, after that the rivers, then forest, villages and lastly roads. The image has 20% of the original size.
Of course all feedback is more than welcome.

I think that is the same steps that Dwarf Fortress uses in its world generation It turns out some pretty good worlds so it seems like a sound plan. Of course I am always a fan of that mountain style so am looking forward to see what comes from such an enigmatic seed.
Second WIP image of the map.
I respected the main mountain edges (to make the map compatible with the info reflected in the old map) but recreated all the details and perspective of the mountain´s sides to improve the rendering and the quality of the map.
As I said all opinions & suggestions are welcome.

I really love the mountains too! I'm anxious to see the finished product. I have been making a campaign for the Geoff region. Keep up the good work!
Rivers completed!
I had to sightly altere the course rivers to adapt them to the perspective (the original map placed them in really odd way) but I respected the general direction and all the main locations (cities, river crossed, etc).
