GIMP Cloud Filter Help

I am following the saderan tutorial, except in GIMP. In order to create continents, I used the cloud filter. On my other computer (Version 2., when I use the cloud filter it opens a new window to edit the filter's size and detail. On my main computer (Version 2.10.4), it does not. Is there a way to turn this on, or access this edit menu in any way?

Not sure if you still need this; But I ran into a similar problem and found that the "Cloud" filter was no longer called "Cloud" in the latest Gimp version.

To access the real "Cloud" filter, essentially the same filter used in PS tutorials you need to access Filters > Render > Noise > Solid Noise

The Solid Noise filter dialogue allows you to change detail level and X or Y size in the way you need. This is the new name for the old Gimp Cloud filter.
