Mouse will be gone for a while
Hi everyone,
I just got word from Mouse that she will not be on for a while as the combination of updates to windows 10 and to the Intel Processor updates have made it impossible for her to get online. She keeps timing out whenever she tries to post something on any website.
She says she's going to have to get a new computer and won't be able to get back on until she does, so there is really no way to tell when that will be. So she asked me to please let everyone know what's going on.

Oh no! Poor Mouse, she's had no end of trouble with her computer recently.

I have brief windows of access - like this one. I guess these are chance windows when the web servers aren't too busy to deal with my brand new state of the art sloooooow processors! These windows last about 5 minutes at a time, but longer comments and complicated explanations are out, I'm afraid.
Straf has suggested that I try plugging my router into my laptop instead of relying on Wi-Fi connection between them. I'm trying that right now. Says he's had problems where neighbours are also using Wi-Fi in proximity - interference.

EDIT: Ummm.... Tony? I can't open the PF page, or my Mail account to see if there have been any comments anywhere. I only have the Guild this morning. This is just... crazy

Yaay, you're squeaking through Mouse! I hope plugging in directly boosts your connection. It certainly should do I'd have thought!
