Where's W̶a̶l̶d̶o̶ Max?
Say, I've been wondering for a while now, and recently started scouring the forum: where's Max?
Max has always been an example for me. I spent my first mapping years drooling over his maps, and I still sometimes look at his work for inspiration or stylistic ideas. I've subconsciously been waiting for new maps from him for a while now, but only recently noticed how long that already is. I looked it up: it looks like he's been inactive since May 2017? Even his own website seems to have gone dormant.
Does anyone know what happened to him? I don't know him personally, but I do hope he's fine.

I feel like I heard that he is working for a game company and that was why he hasn't been seen around.
But I don't really know. I also thought Thomas knew something.

Hey folks !
I know he has been working for several production by publishing company "Les XII Singes" ("Into the Odd", "Abstract Dungeon", "Dieux Ennemis") and by the look of it he has produced a large body of maps ! I'm pretty sure he'll come back around here but I have no idea when.
I've also found myself wondering now and then where Max went. Along with many others over the years - Ascension, Ramah, Schwarzkreuz, Ravells, Arsheesh, Coyotemax, Viking, Steel General, Schley, TheRedEpic, and countless others...

I feel your pain. Like others I wonder where they go as well. I know I was practically dead here for a couple years and only more or less recently starting getting back to it. So, I don't know, in my case other things in life had my focus and I had work to do.
It is nice when and if they do return.
