For me it is down too. But Waldronate is passing by this forum from time to time.
I have Wilbur (very steep Learning curve) but there is no alternative location that I know of.
The Wilbur website has been down a longtime and i'd like to try this software to follow along with various tutorials posted on this forum.

Is that the correct link?
I understand it's freeware, so does anyone have it or can post an alternative download location?
Thanks.

There isn't a (legal) alternative download. The old ISP appears to be down at the moment and they assure me that they might be up again. Or not. If it's not up again in a couple of days, I may need to move everything to more reliable hosting.
i have a 32 bit i put into WINE , i still have the zip
i could put it up on my g-drive. BUT it is the 32 bit one

Looks like the wayback machine grabbed a version in September.
Unless Waldronate has put up a new version while I wasn't looking, September should be fine.

Is there any update about this? I've been checking the last few days to see if the download page was back up, but it appears it isn't. Anyone able to confirm this? If it is the case, what night be the best way to obtain Wilbur? Because I'm getting the same error with link Urist provided.
Waldronate posted a bunch of the tutorials over in the… tutorials section. Looks like he intends to get something back up, but he suffers from a dearth of time.

be very careful of things downloaded from softpedia ( and c-net)
a lot of the installers for programs will also install "crap-ware" and browser toolbars
and sometimes without ASKING first
and 1.83 is current
i do have the 32 bit installer i use in WINE
