Devilin's Overland Maps

I put a lot of work into my overland maps and had an urge to post them here for an unspecified reason. What do you think? I use tiled, to make my maps. To seed the geography I use a modified version of the map generator found in AD&D's DMG (I realized it was designed for a one dimensional map so I modified it to work in two dimensions) then I used mostly the old world style map pieces made by Russ H. on top of that to create my map. This is my first time making a map like this.

 

 

And thats the result, what do you think? Its supposed to be a region right up against the permafrost region in the middle of summer. I'm not really sure how that looks but this is what I imagined. The Forest in the upper left hand corner is a fey forest so magically maintained. 70 pixels equals five miles.
