Feb/Mar '21 Lite challenge: The infested Island

Hi, next week my D&D group will explore a little infested island in the middle of a big lake. The little rocky island belong to a noble family. As the title say, the island is infested by .... no one knows very well... but for sure it is something supernatural. My idea is that this will be a short mission (but as every DM knows, players could take muuuch more time as one calculated!).
So there is the sketch of the map:

Nice Sketch Simkin!! As you have shown, not all rpg games are in a "dungeon", many games start with an outdoors portion and then proceed into a dungeon, others never do.

Well, I started to ink the final version. My plan is colouring it with watercolors pencils.

I noticed that I forgot to lefy some space for the building near the main house.... I drawned it in my sketch ... but then it magically disappeared ... ouch! Btw, it was only a dstorage area... nothing special.

Really great linework going on here! I like how the floors are differentiated based on the way the boards are facing. I might have to steal that idea for future maps!

So this is probably my last WIP... but who knows.. there is so much time before the challange ends...

I was tempted to do a more specific story for this map, bat as a DM who create his own settings and love more than ever to create adventure, I preferred to let open every possibility. The island is infested, maybe for something that fallen from the sky (in the observatory), maybe for an ancient being that lived in the undersea cave or by a ghost of a dead person buried under the house.... and for sure every DM may have much better ideas than these.
