Map October 2022 Challenge: The Eternal Isles

    "They say there's a river.
When you die, you know. You pay the ferryman and he takes you on his boat up the stream.
If you don't got the money you gotta walk, and there's all sorts of things waiting in those forests to feed and tear at lost souls.
No sky in that place neither, the sea just folds upwards endlessly. So you can always see them - the Eternal Isles that is. They say they shimmer and you can about see the hills of Paradise waiting for you. If you're on the boat it's a nice view. More of a torment if you gotta walk."

Wanted to try a colour scheme I found by accidentally inverting the gradient map of the River of Dreams map. Also wanted to try out a weird and very different perspective for this.
Was nice to return to the very sketchy fast style, got this one done from concept to this within a day.
Still need to add labels but need to decide what to name the places first

"As you walk toward the face of God, he may be flipping you off with both hands". Lovely artwork and coloring, despite what the hard-of-seeing might notice.

Whoah. That is impressive. Are you going to do some kind of warping/distortion on the labels to feed the perspective shift?
