Very Nice start! Here's my opinion:
    - You should diversify the streets, in big cities some are narrow and other are large, like boulevard
    - Add open spaces, like squares, gardens, pools..
Your city will look more natural and less crowded! Unless you want that way

    Very nice!
I don't completely understand the terrain around the city, but the city has an awesome layout. Like Tom said, maybe a bit more variety and open spaces.
It looks great so far, I'm looking forward to seeing it develop.

The infrastructure seems very real and organic, but I double Tom and Josiah, maybe more variation in street widthness and open spaces. Also the terrain is a little unclear to me, but perhaps you plan to change that?

Great improvement! The terrain is definitely more clear in the last version. I also like the color changes and the shield and title, they help make the map a whole. Will you also do labels for the map?

I like your map ! The terrain especially ! It's very clear, now !
I don't know if you've finished it, but I think you could add some details which (I think) are missing :
    - bridges under the roads that crosses river and valley
    - some colors (fainted) for the square or places inside the city (if the climate of the city allows you to put some grass or trees)
    - some roads are ending (outside the city), are they going somewhere ?
    - will there be some woods, fields or vegetation outside the city ?
Anyway, I like it a lot : choices of colors, the great valley, the great bridge... Good work !

    The overall effect is stunning

However, you did ask for honest critique, so I will dare to think out loud a bit here regarding what it is that's making me feel a bit uncomfortable with the terrain.

North of the city, on the left most river, there are a couple of what I think are supposed to be tributary valleys, although these are dry. That's fine, but where they join the river they appear to curve northwards very slightly... sort of... joining it in an uphill fashion... I think... it might be an optical illusion?

The main river, running West-East across the bottom of the map - doesn't look like its sitting in the deepest part of the valley - not following the course of the darkest areas. My eyes might be playing tricks with me, but it looks almost as if its floating above the land, rather than bedded firmly into its track. Its also very much to the side of its valley, which makes it feel a bit odd to look at.

But you can ignore me if I'm just being picky
