Map for a game server

Please see attached the current map for a Ultima Online player-ran server.

I was initially planning on just updating a couple of locations that have changed. On thinking about it further, I'd like to have something produced that is beyond my skill level. Payment amount is negotiable, but please remember during negotiations that this is for a free game server that is absolutely not for profit. I'm actually not the admin of the server, I just play there.

I'm open to a variety of styles - if anyone interested could link to an example of their work, that would be great. All information currently on the map will need to remain clearly displayed.

I'd like to get this done within a month, if possible.

As far as copyright goes, I would need to be able to display the map on the server website, and distribute to players when required.
