Hand drawn top down mountains

I've seen mountains drawn top down before, like a satellite view. I've tried, but never succeeded in making these kinds of mountains with pen and paper. Does anyone know how to make these mountains by hand (in black and white also)?

Howdy Mi'lord, I moved your question to the How Do I forum, as that would be where I believe you would get better response. There are plenty of Tutorials in This forum on drawing mountains, some of which can be useful also for PnP maps as well. DO look up Torstan's tuts in particular.
