Would you really be able to put your computer and your phone on a wall like you would do with a nice map?
I have seen the future and come to tell of it! For map makers, board game designers, advertisers, and so on, augmented reality is the future.
I made a prototype app to show the basics of camera recognition, so if you pointed your phone at your map, it would recognize symbols recognizing different locations and could create a 3d environment above:
You could make a battle appear with real statistics on the models, or make a village pop up with villagers you can watch going about their business, with fighters on the outskirts fighting off monsters.
Lots of possibilities yet to be explored!
Thoughts?

You would hang your map on a wall or set it on a table, then on a phone/tablet open the app and point it at the physical map to populate 3d models at each tracked symbol.
I'm just pointing it at a monitor because I don't have a printer...you can print the symbols out and move them physically/rotate them to view the spawned objects from all directions...
So for your map you'd have a symbol/image representing the village, when you point your phone at it a real 3d village would appear in it's place...with moving villagers going about their business...
It's certainly an interesting new area to consider
Wow that's a cool and latest technology that you see the location by the help of your mobile that where is your target point..Can you send me the link of this technology in the pm..

I am pretty fond of the technology though.
