Help me find who created this map please.

So back before I joined when I was just wandering around the site oohing & aahing at all the cool maps (basically like I still do, to be honest lol), I found several I downloaded for inspiration...& just purely to enjoy looking at! Found 3 from one member that I really loved but forgot to make a note of who it was. Ugh!!! Would love to see if they did any more of that world they were working on but haven't stumbled across anything I recognize so far. Going to attach one & if anyone knows who created it I would appreciate you letting me know. If the creator happens to see this post themselves...Love your maps!!! Got any more?

Reverse image search turned up a reddit post that says it was done in Wonderdraft and the posting cartographer was called melissa2xs on that site.
