Well done!
So I've been away for a while.
But I've made quite a few new maps since I was here last. Thought I'd share some.
I am now up to 47 regional maps -- I have somewhere around 25 left to produce. Nothing new in terms of style, but I'm filling in the unmapped parts of the world and I am getting to a point where I can see the finish line.
Thanks!

I would kill just for your ability to name stuff much less the rest of the quality of work.
Something witty and pithy
I'm with pig, if I could do this I'd start my own magazine being the Nat Geo for fantasy worlds and I'd do the maps of course. But since I can't I'll just have to drool and rep Excellent stuff as always.

Where has he been? Avoiding being repped of course. Definitely time to rectify that.
Truly lovely maps - a pleasure to look at.
Very great work!
Wherever you've been, I'm just so glad you're back Rob!!!
Those Fjords in the third map are worthy of Slartibartfast himself!!!
Truly awesome!
Curious - how do you make the mountains?
Fantastic work! Truly inspirational - very cool and extremely well done. Now if you excuse me, I need to pick my jaw off the floor.
Cheers,

Thanks all!
@Ravells: Those aren't fjords, they're mangrove swamps! Anyways I'm glad I didn't incur the wrath of the river police (yet).
@valadaar: There's a tutorial around here somewhere... let me see... here it is. It's basically a straight export from Fractal Terrains. Although I've found that a combination of median filter + surface blur will give you very nice results.
