Was it intentional that it looks like a vampire's mouth? Very cool idea!
Whether I finish this on time, I am not sure, as I have 9 map commissions to do for 2 publishers and private gamer right now, plus I need to do one more map for my upcoming Gamemaster's Guide to Kaidan (PFRPG), but here's one of many chambers for my challenge entry.
My plan is to create a bio-mechanical star ship that has been transformed into a vampiric ship. I've been needing to create a bio-mechanical ship anyway, so this will be just the vampiric version of that planned deck plan. At this time, I haven't determined how many chambers I need, but this first one posted serves as both the cold-sleep/hibernation pod room, and the means the ship feeds itself. Under normal conditions when the ship is alive, these pods can both put sleepers into a cold-sleep stasis, as well as provide healing functions to injured or sick crew men placed into the pods. As a vampire, the ship still requires a crew to operate it and help keep it maintained, so some of those entering the sleep pods are transformed into dhampires - still living vampiric slaves, while the pods can also completely drain its occupants of their blood and life energy level. All organic matter is consumed so eventually occupants are gone.
The pods, floor and vein structures were all created in Wings3D a subdivisional surface 3D modeling software, then rendered in Daz 3D, a free 3D program. The image file was imported to Xara Designer Pro, where I placed textures as vector shapes onto of the 3D imagery.

Not intentional, but I noticed it looking that way myself, after I textured it. Perhaps I did it so subconsciously - the vampire made me do it...
I thought about doing a star ship taken control by vampires, but a vampiric bio-mechanical ship seem so much more intriguing!

Somebody on Facebook and Google Plus, thought my last image looked rather Yonic, which was not my intent. I wanted the unlife pods to look more like grubs a humanoid could fit inside, so I added eyes, pincers and worm legs - it's creepier and less suggesting of something I didn't want to suggest. I added stairs and a marrow texture in the stairs and walls.

One more update for the night. I duplicated the marrow texture into the floor with a rounded rectangle with a heavily feathered edge, placed beneath a layer of semi-transparent pink/purple, to look more fleshy and distinctive.

Habitat level of Vampiric hybrid star ship basics complete, still needs furnished, stairs up to operations deck and down to cargo and engineering deck, then I'll do the hull in 3D last.

Vampiric Bio-hybrid star ship habitat level is complete, a muscle driven elevator near the center goes up to operations or down to cargo/engineering. 2 more levels and the hull to create, almost done...

I love it, this is a great take on the theme of the challenge, well done! And the biology of the spaceship is… unsettling. In the best possible way.
I just noticed that there is a slight imperfection in the left-hand wall of the pod chamber, just above the door.
cheers,

Without knowing exactly how I'll layout the cargo-engineering level, next one down from the habitat level, I know I have to place the esophagal elevator, and I need a place for internal organs, so I did those in 3D. I might place further vector created organs, but I'm just about there. I have something for gastro-stomach system, liver in green and a pancreatic-like organ in red, apparently duplication in a bilateral distribution. The gastro system serves as the vessels maneuver drives...
