    Post January 2018 Challenge: Terra Grimpati

    Oookay, here we go. My first mapping challenge ever!
    This one seems like a lot of fun, and a good opportunity to try my hand at a map in graphite/charcoal. I've seen Chashio come up with really cool things like that and I want to have a go at it as well

    I've taken a fairly large piece of paper with plenty of tooth, marked off an area of 36 x 60 cm, and copied the base map onto that. After some sketching, smudging, and erasing, this is what I have so far. Sorry for the crappy quality: lighting conditions were poor, and my phone picks up even more smudges than my eyes do
