Ooh, nice start. I love those banners!!
Cool to see you doing a WIP again, I think it has indeed been a while since the last time.
It has been a long time I do a WIP... that I probably will finish at some point !
So, this is the first steps on the Kingdom of Lormance, a big kingdom in the center of a turmoil. After 30 years of war with the Kingdom of Atheluen (supported by claims and ambitious lormance lords), a truce is settled due to troubles in Atheluen and a plague in Lormance.
The old and divided Gregonian Empire is a weak support of the King of Lormance. I think I'll do some mini maps to explain the war(s) and tensions.
Most of the base mountains are done (some missing here and there in the nearby kingdoms). Borders and labels are not definitive, obviously.

What Kellerica said! All of it! ^^
I'm trapped in Darkness,
Still I reach out for the Stars
Curious to see more! I see a lot of hearaldry waiting to be exploited there!
Oh que tu vas les regretter tes montagnes ! That's awesome but you're gonna feel it, it's gonna hurt when the shading starts (if it doesn't already ...).
Thanks, guys!
@Kellerica & Eilathen : yup, and all the last ones I started I didn't finished them...
@The Lazy One : have a look below
@ThomasR : héhé, oui sans doutes... mais j'ai du mal à faire autrement pour structurer mes cartes .
And a small update. I think I won't do all the moutains that could be seen in Bersélune.

Various elements, including the banners of the great fiefdoms of Lormance will be around the map ( on a bigger canvas).

I agree with the others, i always enjoy your WIPs (even though you're way too productive to always keep track of them ...). It has a truly ilantharien scope already and the stack of banners looks just fantastique
EDIT: forgot to ask: is this map part of your former worldbuiling projects or unrelated so far?
You definitely have the trick with heraldry ! And the map itself looks super promising, even if I'll share Thomas' comment about the mountains
I'm jealous when I see those banners (and pretty much everything you drae): you really draw anything you want in such a beautiful way... it seems so easy when you do it a true master of your art !
A great map so far and as all others have said, the banners are fantastic
