hmmmm doesn't load on my mac?
I came across this today. Had a quick play and its alright. I like the controls to insert pictures, move and rotate them. Shown here is 12Rounds latest top down figure. This app does SVG the vector format and you can draw with it and then edit the code.

Well I would show here if the site would allow me to upload the pic.

You need to be able to see SVG images on the browser your using. Dont know if thats relevant for Macs but I know IE was SVG crippled. I used Firefox and I think Chrome works with them too. Otherwise I don't know.
Thank you for posting! For me btw the program is German. Does the language depend on where you come from? Or is it German in general (for those who don´t understand German)?
Mine was in engligh.
I like the shape library. Nice if Inkscape could add one of those.
Looks like there is no way to create curved paths?

I had no problem making curved paths. You click on a straight path and then it gives the option of adding more curve nodes to it and you can stretch and adjust the control points. I found that bit pretty neat UI - once you knew about it. I loaded one of kimmos top down chars and stamped a few down too. That was pretty simple and the rotate handle was easy as well. All in all, for a dead simple vector tool it was quite neat.
That really is very cool. Thanks for the link.
Cheers, after playing with it a bit more I found I could set some lines curved and not others. Also when I select a shape from the shape bin I cant select another. I think some parts of the UI are flakey at least on FF. Maybe on Chrome it would be better given its google origins.
