Hi, everyone!

I'm new to the forum. I found out about this place from an author's resource list. It looks really cool. I used to draw maps as a child and I've always found them fascinating. I'm a writer these days, mainly fantasy, so I've been looking for resources to get back into drawing my own maps or using a software to help. I look forward to learning from everyone and poking about the topics. Thank you!

Hehe, it is funny how writing can lead to wanting to draw your own maps. That is a big part of how I got into fantasy map making.
Anyway, this is a fantastic community and if you have question, just ask.

There is WIP section if you want feedback for your maps and there is a mapping elements sections if you want to start making your maps that way.
(note it takes 5 posts before it becomes significantly easier to post.)
