Started this today and have been playing around with terrain relief and whatnot. Still looking to do a lot to this map, but I'm decently pleased with it so far. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks and hope you enjoy!

Thanks. Computers been busted for awhile so I've gone back to pen and paper. Trying to find some Copic markers that would be able to provide the shading I wanna do, but no luck so far. Also can only take pics with my phone of my maps right now.

Very nice! I like the way you indicate the mix of contour line/iso mountains to represent the topography.

I really like the linework you've put down, Redleg. This is a gorgeous beginning. I particularly like how you "stretched" the forests to give them a perspective that I think complements your mountains.

I agree with my fellow CGers. This looks really nice. Has a classical fantasy-book look to it, imo.

The only thing i can think of at the moment is that i wish the mountains were a bit more pronounced...as in a bit higher, more massive. As it is, the forests almost swallow them, especially the one mountain-chain i the middle of the map.

Hmmm ok...now looking at the map again, i see that it reads "Hills" for a lot of those chains. Are these supposed to be hills? To me it looks more like mountain-chains...little ones

Anyway, as i said, great style and i love the flavor.
