Very Cool, I like the style a lot!
Hey Guys,
Here is a map i did for author Andrew Maloney of the secret world of Ireland, named Tircluddaithe. Had alot of fun and some in one of my styles that seems to be quite popular now. Quick and fun!

Very Cool, I like the style a lot!
Great, as usual Jared
I really dig your seas on this one, and the cool little details also.
I always liked your art-sy style. The only "complaint" i have with this map are the mountains...they do not look very mountain-y...more like hills if you ask me.
Btw, Jared, any chance you can show us the Exalted map for the new 3rd Edition? I only saw i tiny map on the KS page and i hope we'll soon see a big one where we can appreciate the details

Well, real Ireland does not have many "true" mountains, does it? So the map is more or less accurate in that respect.
I love the water style, very nice!
This is a map. You abstract landmarks into something one should recognize. Hills and mountains need different symbols...no matter how high or huge the peaks are in real life. Otherwise your abstractions fall flat and your map will be read wrong (or at least, if you have labels, there's a disconnect between visual and pictographic level). If that's ok for you guys, fine for you. I feel the need to point it out in a thread where one is asked for feedback and critic
And to be honest, i don't see the need to comment on other members' critics. Stay on topic and comment on the map...not the comments on the map
