Well done! Plus, welcome in out of the darkness of lurker-hood
Hello all. I have been a lurker on this site for many years it seems and have pulled many a good idea off here and used in my games, so I finally decided to get signed up and share some of my maps. The first one is just a small town, numbered for my players to use in game. The second is a smaller village and the third is an overview of the area surrounding that same village.
(done with a Pilot Precise V5 EF pen on copier paper.)

Thank you, I tell you what I really envy the guys that can do up the maps on the computer, that is some nice stuff, but I have always been partial to the pen and paper iso style, probably ever since seeing the overhead view of Carse in the Midkemia Press book.
Welcome and good work Nekron!
I'm also a repented lurker...
I really like your style! It's stylized, almost cartoonish, without looking silly. Do you ever colour them?
They are indeed nice looking maps!
Very nicely done! Reminds me of David Macaulay 's work (Cathedral & Castle, etc) especially with the perspective pieces for some reason.

Awesome work. It's good to see you coming out of the shadows! And with such beautiful maps. I love the style - looks hand-drawn (of course) without looking messy/rushed. If you ever want to dabble with the computer, you could try just finding a good image or texture of parchment, place the images on top, and set to multiply. That'll hide the white without having to actually remove it, and it'll add a little "color" without having to actually color anything.
Hope to see more!
Looks good! Cartoony without looking childish. It reminds me of old-style D&D maps, which is a Good Thing. They have a definite charm
And welcome to the Guild!
