I like the shape of the lands. Maybe some drawings for the forests/lands?

I agree with Ilanthar, very pleasing to look at, but could definitely use some further detail.

This is a nice sketch. Are you going to render it digitally? The paper looks unsuitable for coloring with traditional media.

You can quickly and easily clean this up in Photoshop to remove the background and add color and/or texture from there. I would also erase all text and replace it with some nice font, especially since some of these are difficult to read at default zoom level. It'd be a bit of work, but you could make it a great map in less than a day, since you already have a good sketch.
