After using an insane amount of time fiddeling around with the path tools in Photoshop and trying to make a concept how to proceed I post my recent progress. It´s very rough concept I will refine in the coming days.

Really like this entry...I would personally like to see it with some light coloring (i.e. semi-transparent), maybe a dark limited earthy tone palette...either way, really cool map.
