Default How do I get from Ink to VTT

I'm curious if anyone has recommendations for me on makeing my pen drawn maps compatible for vtts. Do's and Don'ts are helpful and how to's are welcome. Size and scale. Anything really so that I can make sure to deliver the best pen drawn vtts possible. I draw ink pen and paper maps (I have thousands I'm starting to digitize).

    Thanks everyone!

I know Roll20 has sizing guides and general best practices: https://wiki.roll20.net/Creating_Marketplace_Assets I'm afraid I'm not overly familiar with other sites.

My best advice is us Jpegs any time you can (transparencies add a lot of lag to vtts), keep in mind most vtts have native grid support so including versions with and with out them is usually unnecessary unless the grid is unique in some way, and research the amount of content that successful artists are putting into their packs before you start releasing (a simple search by popularity should do).

Milby (https://www.patreon.com/milbysmaps) creates pen and paper maps that he scans and inks digitally. There's some process shots on his patreon that might be of use to you.
