A splendid map as usual Max.
One thing I noticed... with the city icons, do you think it might look better if some were flipped horizontally so they face east?
Highbarrow, Sanctuary and Valefort at least look like that would enhance them a bit.
Hi all,
This map was a commission for the writer Neil Breault and his upcoming novel, the Archon's Apprentice.
Hope you'll like it, as usual feel free to rep, rate or run away.

I agree with J.Edward about flipping some of the city icons, although I can't say I'd noticed that before he pointed it out.
Lovely map in all respects. I especially like the combined ripple/hatching effect to set off the coastlines.
I didn't mean to bring that up to detract from the map in any way.
Just thought it might be helpful.

I love this map!
Good map as usual.
Clean and simple, i like it. I especially dig the frame. As always, great work!

Fabulous. Makes me want to take a look at the book.

Thanks for the comments guys !
It doesn't detract anything J., no worry. That's a constructive and pretty good critic and I think you're right here, I'll definitely keep that in mind for my next works. It's this kind of little details that makes better maps
Very nice and perfect for a book. I like the hatching lines for shadows.
