Default Aug/Sept '20 Lite Challenge: Santorini

Santorini (Thira), is an island in the southern Aegean Sea, Greece.
The island was the site of one of the largest volcanic eruptions which occurred about 3,600 years ago.

Good choice. Having a historical map in your portfolio can bring you commissions for years to come. I enjoy the torn edges and mini city spots.

I quite like it. The simplicity is sort of refreshing, and the bluntness about such a horrifying cataclysmic event also provides an interesting juxtaposition to it all.

Looking cute! I wonder if the cliff always showing the same way when viewed from North and South is a good idea, but maybe I'm just not accustomed to seeing things like that!

I know what you mean but I wanted to illustrate the whole Caldera without losing any part of it, don't forget that it looks like a huge crater after the eruption, and basically it's a bird's-eye view.
