Hello everyone! This is my first post...And how appropriate a "hello" post!
I just found out about this forum yesterday and I spent my whole day browsing through the threads and tutorials. Excellent work everyone!
The title of this post is the name of my campaign setting, which I have been developing for the last 7 years with some interruptions. After all this years I believe it has come to a level of detail I find satisfactory. But until recently I did not realize the importance of maps. For the last year or so, I have been trying to create some maps (and not simple sketches) that please my eye but are also useful for the game.
After spending a lot of time with mapping software I realised that Photoshop was the solution (or GIMP ). I intend to share some of my maps and see what you think of them. I want to prepare some tutorials too, but right now I have my final exams for my university degree so time is tight and things busy...
Anyway, till next time: Map on, fellow mappers!
