Please critique this map.
It looks like a decent outline (in a similar fashion one would make a writing outline) for a map and it looks functional. But before you can get much useful feedback you might want to explain what your goals are with the maps, or on the more artistic side what you want to achieve stylistically?
Edit: I would point out, given the dimensions on your first one that all your buildings seem super enormous.

It is a stone giant fortress outline for a D&D campaign where giants are mages and hate there secrets getting out.
Your dimensions make no sense. An acre is a measure of land area, whereas you have it shown as if it were a measure of distance.
If these are purely GM notes and nobody else is going to see them, you don't really need to clean them up for presentation. On the other hand, if you are going to make handouts or need to create a digital map for a virtual tabletop, then you have some work ahead transforming these sketches into presentable maps. So, as Falconius said, one really needs to know what you wanting your maps to be. As far as GM reference maps go, my only advice at this point is to invest in some graph paper, as it will make handing distances much easier.
I have to admit that I find the maps visually confusing; I am not sure what is supposed to be what. Are these preliminary sketches for a more finished work? DM notes?
Yes they are just the first draft.
