Hello, everyone!

I'm BirdWeilder, and I like worldbuilding as a hobby. I've been lurking for some time now, and I've been repeatedly blown away by many of the maps here, as well as inspired to try making a fantasy map myself!

I've been fiddling around in gimp every now and then for over a year now, and I think that I've finally made something presentable, which I will probably post here once I put some finishing touches on and figure out which forum is for what.

I'm new also. I've used gimp off and on. I need to just spend some real time with it. I've also enjoyed using Procreate for the iPad. It's cheap and has a number of solid drawing and editing options. In any case, good luck in all your endeavors!
