Yeah I did not think about shading here and went a little overboard with details (did the same think along the development of the Desert Hound) ... I'll learn someday And thanks !

Gorgeous work! I have difficulties to do proper cliffs, cracks and canyons... So I'm very admirative of what you're doing here!

Excellente etude sur les falaises ! On voit que tu développes un style !

Et félicitations à la SNCF ! J'ai essayé aujourd'hui de dessiner dans un train suisse ... J'ai vite arrêté : trop de vibrations ! ;-Ddd

I recently rode a train through the center of France where railroads are bumpy and screwy. Trying not to get nauseous I took out the sketchpad and started drawing. The Sway Kingdoms are on the way

Here's what I came up with. The final touch will be a light terrain filling (maybe just playing with light and shade to give the impression of relief) and the beginning of a mountain chain in the lower corner after the big rift. Color and shading will help everything blend together. Thanks to all those who helped me.
    The image is 100%.

Linework is pretty much done. Next step will be coloring then shading, icons and labeling.

I'm hi-jacking my own thread. Could you please tell me what you think of this shading ?

That looks really great! Love the linework for the crater as well!
