I like the map very much, it's vibrant and just lovely.
I love the water-color look of it. Super!

Okay, I see Steffen's another one whose brain I'm going to have to eat to absorb some talent.
My favorite things on this are the oasis icons (actually all the settlement icons) and the frame and title. Just... great. Got nothin' else. And I just repped you for the twin cities map, so you'll just have to settle for praise in this one.
@Wired: Thanks for the rep, too =)
@ChickPea: Thank you, ChickPea! Much appreciated! =)
@MartinMånsson: Thank you! Didn't like it at first, but after a second thought I kept it =)
@Jaxilon: Thanks!
@Diamond: And there I was under the impression I outran the last of the brain-eaters... And thank you for the praise, it is enough to feel appreciated this way =)

Another beautiful one Steffen! As for the town maps, I love how you managed the colors.
Nice map Steffen, I especially like the icons here !
@Ilanthar: Thank you! =)
@CharlesRobinson: Thanks!
@- Max -: Thanks! Yeah, took a while but I'm glad I did it =)

Looks great SteffenBrand! Love the frame, title, and the colour palette you used (the marbled look of the forests is quite nice, though every time I look at it my mind thinks 'swamp' ).
My only critique is that the font can be a bit hard to read, particularly over the green (and to a lesser extent over the grey mountain ranges). Over the deserts and the NE corner it's not too bad.
Did you intend to make a legend for your lovely icons? (I'm guessing there wasn't room for one in this particular case?).
Thank you, Sharpes! Very kind of you =)
Yes, one of the things I learned in retrospect was to be a bit more careful about the fonts. I didn't make a legend, because I didn't feel it was necessary (the only things needing this are the oasis; the rest of the cities are widely known in the community anyways since this is the most played tabletop RPG in Germany existing for over 30 years by now...). Another question: For what would you felt a legend was necessary? Just curious... =)
Best wishes, Steffen
